Farm/Diesel/Golf-Cart/Marine/Gas or Diesel Lawnmower**Warranty:
3 years total, first 12 months free replacement, remaining 24 months pro-rated against purchase price.
** Lawnmower warranty applies to machines using standard U1 size batteries or larger. Lawnmowers using Power Sport batteries are subject to Power Sport warranties
Commercial Use:
2 years total, first 12 months free replacement, remaining 12 months pro-rated against purchase price.
Floor Scrubber/Greenhouse Cycling Application:
1 year total, first 6 months free replacement, remaining 6 months pro-rated against purchase price.
Mobility Scooter/Wheelchair:
1 year total, first 90 days free replacement, remaining 9 months pro-rated against purchase price.
Power Sport warranty:
9 months total, first 90 days free replacement, remaining 6 months pro-rated against purchase price.
Deka/Yuasa Power-Sport warranty:
18 months total, first 9 months free replacement, remaining 9 months pro-rated against purchase price.
Electric Lawnmower:
9 months total, fist 60 days free replacement, remaining 7 months pro-rated against purchase price
Sealed Lead Acid and other miscellaneous small batteries are warrantied for 90 days against manufacturer defects.
E-Bike: 30 days total warranty
Limited Warranty covers replacement of battery only. This warranty does not cover damage to battery caused by willful abuse or neglect, destruction by fire, collision, explosion, freezing, theft, overcharging, loose connections, or failure to properly maintain battery or damage caused by use of special additives introduced into the battery. Warranty applies to original purchaser only.
Discharged Batteries are not considered defective and will not be replaced under warranty.
Return Policy:
Returns only accepted with a receipt, in original packaging. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and refunds will only be made to the original method of payment. Batteries that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
